Advance HCAM90 Marine Gearbox
The Advance HCAM90 light high-speed gearbox product adopts an alloy housing, with a speed input range of 1500~4500RPM, a net weight of 106 kg, a center distance of 160mm, a reduction ratio range of 1.57~2.90, a transmission capacity range of 0.0696~0.06kW/RPM, and a rated propeller thrust of 16KN.
Advance HCAM90 marine light high-speed gearbox is widely used in port supervision, maritime inspection, fire fighting, anti-smuggling, patrol boats and other official ships and high-speed passenger ships. It has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight and good maneuverability, and enjoys many patents worldwide.

The gearbox and engine shafting are not allowed to use rigid connection, and the bracket is recommended to be installed on the same rigid support.If the engine is mounted on the elastic support, and the gearbox is installed on the rigid support, please contact the technical department of the company to select the suitable high elastic coupling.
4. The weight of the gearbox is approximation, for different reduction ratio the weight is different.
