Advance DB180 Agricultural Gearbox
Advance DB180 agricultural gearbox engine rated power is 184kW, the engine rated speed is 2200r/min, the transmission type is six-front, three-reverse shaft and fixed-shaft hybrid, the control method is electro-hydraulic control, the working oil pressure is 1.30 MPa~1.70MPa, and the lubricating oil is 0.03 MPa~0.11MPa.
Advance DB180 agricultural gearbox is a hybrid of moving shaft and fixed shaft, consisting of a main power box and a transition box. The main power box is a 6-front and 3-reverse power shift box. There is a dry clutch device in front of the transition box, which can realize power transmission and cutoff, reduce the shifting impact of the main power box, and improve the shifting quality of the main power box. Enhanced the service life of the main power box.

The gearbox and engine shafting are not allowed to use rigid connection, and the bracket is recommended to be installed on the same rigid support.If the engine is mounted on the elastic support, and the gearbox is installed on the rigid support, please contact the technical department of the company to select the suitable high elastic coupling.
