The rated power range of the Advance AMT electric vehicle transmission is 185-235km, the engine input torque is 950-1150N.M, the maximum input speed is 2600r/min, and the center distance is 154mm.
Advance’s AMT electric vehicle transmission with independent intellectual property rights is based on the existing mechanical transmission, adding an automatic transmission control system and an actuator to realize automatic shifting without clutch and automatic shift without clutch. The mechanical transmission part adopts a three-axis fixed shaft design, and adopts a single box and a full box design. The transmission clutch and shift actuator adopt the electro-hydraulic method, which has small impact and low noise, which greatly improves the service life of the clutch and synchronizer. The AMT electric vehicle transmission can be connected with the engine and the eddy current retarder on the bus.
