Advance DB200 Agricultural Gearbox

 Advance DB200 agricultural gearbox engine rated power is 184kW, the engine rated speed is 2200r/min, the transmission type is six-front, three-reverse shaft and fixed-shaft hybrid, the control method is electro-hydraulic control.

Advance DB200 agricultural gearbox is composed of a transfer case and a main power case. The main power box is a 6-front and 3-reverse power shift box; the transfer box is a single-input multi-output parallel-shaft structure transition box. The input end of the transfer case is connected to the engine flywheel with a highly elastic coupling, and the traveling output end is splined. It is connected to the main power box and realizes the power switching of tractor gears together with the main power box. The transfer box has three power outputs, two power outputs are connected to the oil pump, and the other power output is equipped with two sets of clutches. By controlling the engagement and disengagement of two sets of clutches, the clutch and brake of the tractor working device are realized.
