As part of EMAC, SinoGen was established in 2013 and focuses on the manufacturing of diesel generator sets. It has a modern and highly automated factory of 20,000 square meters. The company has a wide range of business layout. It has a joint venture with local business partners in Thailand, EMAC AISA, and has established an after-sales service center in Saudi Arabia. EMAC AISA is mainly responsible for the manufacturing and supply of rail transit equipment, power system supporting solutions, energy supply system solutions, and special equipment and equipment renovation and transformation. Its products cover a wide range of fields such as rail transit equipment, energy equipment, maritime equipment, automotive equipment, and industrial equipment (pump sets), which fully demonstrates SinoGen’s strong strength and diversified business layout in the fields of rail transit and energy. In the field of train parts, the business focuses on manufacturers, and is also committed to providing full support for the supply of maintenance parts. Specifically, the types of train parts cover multiple categories such as parts, traction systems, bogies and brake systems. In terms of parts, SinoGen cooperates with Huateng, a subsidiary of CRRC’s brand, to provide vacuum toilet products; cooperates with Jinchuang to supply door products; and cooperates with Liancheng to provide gangway products, etc. In terms of traction systems, the company mainly cooperates with Shenzhou Traction, and as the ABB China agent of Shenzhou Traction, it gives full play to the advantages of both parties and provides customers with high-quality traction system solutions. In terms of bogies and brake systems, Jiufang’s bogie components and CRRC Braking’s brake systems are usually selected to ensure the high performance and reliability of the products.
In the field of complete vehicles and maintenance equipment, SinoGen Rail Transit Division mainly targets train operators and related maintenance service providers around the world, with a wide variety of product types, including complete trains, tourist trains, maintenance equipment and other categories. In the generator vehicle business, SinoGen Rail Transit Division works closely with Thailand’s only train manufacturer, Thailand Generator, to jointly develop the market and meet the needs of different customers.
