YB-series hydraulic transmission is designed as a fixed-shaft multi-speed hydraulic transmission, helical gear transmission, combining speed and torque variable as integral and electrical-hydraulic control. It may match constructional vehicles such as fork truck, grader, loader, tractor and etc.The yb series hydraulic transmission consists of a hydraulic torque converter and a multi-gear power shift transmission with integral box type, enabling front and rear axle drive. The maximum allowable inclination Angle of the input shaft is 7°, and the maximum allowable inclination Angle of the output shaft is 10°. The inclination Angle is the relative value between the connecting shaft and the input (output) shaft of the transmission.
The maximum input power of yb series hydraulic transmission is 310kw, the maximum input speed is 2500r/min, the maximum torque of the vortex shaft is 2750Nm, and the shifting mode can be controlled by electric or mechanical hydraulic.The torque converter may be directly connected to flywheel casing, or flange and universal joint connection via mechanical method.Output mode can choose flange or double output.
