Advance HCF2300 Transfer Case

The HCF2300 transfer case uses parallel shaft gears for power transmission, integrating a planetary gear differential mechanism that distributes power from the engine to the front and rear axles. The transfer case features a differential lock function, aiding the vehicle in recovering from difficult working conditions.

The engine’s rated power is 350kW, with a maximum speed of 3450r/min and a maximum input torque of 23000N·m. The torque split ratio is 1:1, with a speed ratio of 1, ensuring powerful output and stable performance.

The compact structural design and reasonable layout make it easy to match and install with the articulated mining truck’s engine and other transmission components, enhancing the product’s versatility and ease of installation.
