Advance EXB168 / EXB178 Electric – Drive Box

The EXB168/EXB178 electric drive transmission adopts a planetary structure. It uses electric-hydraulic control to achieve high and low gear functions, transmitting the power from the motor to the drive shaft and axle by reducing speed and increasing torque at different gears, ensuring efficient and stable power transmission.
The transmission has two gear ratios. The EXB168 electric drive has a gear ratio of 5.758/1.545, while the EXB178 electric drive has a gear ratio of 6.255/1.434. These ratios can be switched based on different operational needs, improving work efficiency and fuel economy.
The rated power of the traveling motor is 120 kW, with a peak torque of 1200 Nm, while the hydraulic motor has a rated power of 60 kW and a peak torque of 350 Nm. This provides suitable power support for 5-6 ton electric loaders and products with similar operational requirements.
The input is motor-driven, and the output type is flange dual output, making it easy to match and install with the motor and other transmission components of electric loaders, enhancing the product’s versatility and installation convenience.
