Advance DBA500 Power Shift Transmission

The DBA500 power-shift transmission adopts a parallel shaft design with a clutch pack structure. The transmission features flange input and flange output, with the control mode optionally selectable between electro-hydraulic control and proportional valve control, ensuring efficient and stable power transmission.
It offers multiple gear configurations, including 6-forward and 3-reverse, 4-forward and 3-reverse, and others, with a reasonable gear ratio design. The system can be optimized and adjusted based on different operational needs, ensuring both efficient and economical power transmission.
The engine has a maximum power output of 500 kW, a maximum speed of 2100 rpm, and a maximum input torque of 5000 N·m, providing strong power support for graders, loaders, and rail transportation equipment.
The input design is flange-connected, and the output design is flange dual output, making it easy to match and install with the engines and other transmission components of graders, loaders, and rail transportation equipment, enhancing the product’s versatility and installation convenience.
