Advance 2JY160 Hydrostatic Transmission

The 2JY160 hydrostatic transmission for loaders adopts a dual-motor (or dual-motor) input system, with two working modes: single motor operation and dual motor simultaneous operation. The switching of working modes is controlled by an external hydraulic oil system. The innovative design ensures efficient and flexible power transmission.
The small motor has a maximum speed of 5000 rpm and a maximum input torque of 1200 N·m. The large motor has a maximum speed of 5000 rpm and a maximum input torque of 1600 N·m. The appropriate working mode can be selected based on different operational needs, improving work efficiency and fuel economy.
The reduction ratio from the small motor to the output is 1.37, and the reduction ratio from the large motor to the output is 3.969, providing suitable power support for 5-7 ton hydrostatic loaders and products with similar operational requirements.
