Advance HCF1580 Transfer Case

The HCF1580 transfer case uses a planetary gear mechanism to achieve power split, transmitting power from the engine to the front and rear axles at different torque ratios. It also features an electric-hydraulic control system for the differential lock function, helping the vehicle to recover from difficult working conditions.
The engine’s rated power is 390kW, with a maximum speed of 3450r/min and a maximum input torque of 15800N·m. The torque split ratio is 1:2, with a speed ratio of 1.32/0.9, ensuring powerful output and stable performance.
