Advance YDH85 Hydraulic Gearbox
The YDH85 hydraulic transmission adopts a fixed-axis multi-gear design, with a dual transmission integrated structure. It uses a combination of proportional valves and switch valves for control, enabling four forward and three reverse gears with automatic shifting, ensuring efficient and stable power transmission.
It features a 4-forward and 3-reverse gear configuration, with a combination of proportional and switch valve controls for automatic shifting. The system is easy to operate and can be flexibly adjusted according to different operational needs, improving work efficiency.
The engine has a maximum power output of 85 kW, a maximum speed of 2500 rpm, and a maximum input torque of 650 N·m, providing appropriate power support for telehandler forklifts and products with similar operational requirements.
The input is designed as a torque converter that can be directly connected to the flywheel housing. The output is a flange dual output, with the horizontal center distance of the input and output being 648 mm and the vertical distance 227 mm, making it easy to match and install with the engines and other transmission components of construction machinery, enhancing the product’s versatility and installation convenience.
